Sonoma Organics, Inc is a nationally recognized food hub for fresh, organic produce, cheese and mushrooms in Northern California. We also feature a select line of artisan culinary oils and vinegars. We specialize in purchasing from small farms.
We work with organic farms in and around Sonoma County to get their produce to market and work closely with area chefs to provide the freshest of ingredients.
How We Began: Richard Robinson started Sonoma Organics in 1995 with a vision to make organic agriculture more viable in Sonoma County. We afford the farmers the ability to focus on farming while we attend to the “business” aspect of this burgeoning industry. In essence, we provide the farms we deal with a professional sales staff to represent their products. In 2011, Richard’s wife Chanah joined the Sonoma Organics team.
Our Vision: To help re-establish Sonoma County as not only a premier wine growing region, but also to promote Sonoma County as a premier specialty produce growing region as well.
Our Customers: We are currently supplying many of the finest restaurants in Sonoma, Napa, Mendocino, and Marin Counties with our produce, cheese, and mushrooms. We are also able to ship overnight to anywhere in the country, and are working to make that more feasible. In the near future we will be servicing the San Francisco area restaurants with our wonderful products.
