Sonoma Organics offers Fresh Pasta from Pasta Etc. of Santa Rosa.
Both flavored and plain pastas are available at $5.75 per pound, with a 5 pound minimum order. All pasta is made to order, please try to get us your orders as soon as possible for shorter lead time.

100% Semolina/Durum Organic Wheats.
No eggs, no oil, no salt.
Organic vegetables, herbs and spices used in production whenever possible.
Available in sheets (any length), cut pasta or shapes. When ordering sheets please specify ravioli, lasagna or noodle thickness. Shapes available are rigatoni, fussilli, pappardelle, and small shells.
Laminated, Not Extruded.
